The project proposes a series of site-specific interventions along the Tel Aviv-Jaffa coastline, within the southern seam area. It explores the multilayered relationship between the city and the sea by responding to the unique forces and conditions of each location. The interventions incorporate spaces for gathering, movement, and pause, including observation points, maritime activities, and small-scale local commerce.
